TV Time Goes Down and Internet Time Goes Up

Monday, February 25th, 2008

The time people spend on the web keeps increasing and reaching now in average up to 32 hours per week. And if mostly it’s shifted from TV viewing it means only one thing – advertising budgets has to accommodate such change and relocate money towards the internet. By doing so it will boost online sales even more. Some studies done by Forrester Research  suggest that e-commerce sales will reach $334.7 billion dollars by 2012. It’s very easy to see why. Online sales will come at expense of typical retail stores and switching from TV to Internet.
